SHIPPING & RETURNS
We glady accept returns. Item(s) must be:
In brand new condition (i.e. no worn or damaged items due to wear)
Not marked final sale
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days of your order purchase date to be eligible for a refund. If your items are returned in used condition or damaged due to wear, you will be ineligible for a refund.
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and a description of the issue (pictures are welcome), and we'll guide you through the returns process.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges at this time.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Items that are made-to-order require longer processing times. Shipping varies.
Right now we only ship via USPS
We are not responsible after shipping. We provide our customers with a tracking number for their order. If your package is missing please check outside your house/building or with your neighbors.
